to tour our facility. It is not easy to trust the care of a loved one with

patients.
Room Rates:
Room rates vary from private to 3-bed. Please call us for rate
information. For questions on what Medicare covers and does not cover, please

Services and Supplies Included in the Daily Rate:
* room and board
* meals and special diets
* nursing services
* laundry/housekeeping services
* activities program
* social services
Additional Charges Not Included in the Daily Rate:
* physician's visits
* dental visits
* lab tests and x-rays
*Rehabilitation services (as ordered by your personal physician) are provided
and billed directly to you. If appropriate criteria are met, these
services may be billed to Medicare or your insurance company.
